proactive in offering application-oriented consulting services – our

In order to ensure that our linear guides offer full functionality throughout

their lifetimes, and to integrate our products absolutely and completely in

your environment, we have a lot to offer:

High quality corrosion protection as implemented by us starts with con-

scientious preparation of surfaces and covers the full range from stan-

dard galvanisation per ISO 2081 through various nickel-plating options

and including our own high quality coating Rollon Alloy as well as all after

treatments of coated linear guides.

In independent comparative tests of our coatings and those of our com-

petitors using the salt spray test based on DIN EN ISO 9227 NSS, our

guides were the only ones to survive full test cycles.

Having the right lubrication for every temperature is our way of ensu-

ring full functionality of all components. We keep our tracks in motion

between -30 °C and 170 °C. We join forces with you to analyse all

accessories and find the ones which fit your application. Your systems

cants? We‘ve got them all.
