Each year, Lincoln Center welcomes to its halls and plazas the most celebrated performing artists from around the country and around the world, upholding its reputation as a hub of cultural exchange in New York City and an international standard for excellence in the arts. In the past year, Lincoln Center staged over 85 local, national, and world premieres and hosted 6.5 million visitors on its campus—which is now preparing to embark on the highly anticipated renovation of David Geffen Hall.

The Corporate Fund remains the only entity that allows donors to support endeavors across 10 performing arts organizations at Lincoln Center, all with a single gift. One annual donation helps to sustain the artistic, educational, and community missions of these constituents, which not only bring extraordinary arts to New Yorkers, but also to broad and diverse audiences worldwide through television and movie screens, as well as an expanding digital presence. We thank our donors with discount and complimentary ticket offers, behind-the-scenes experiences, access to Lincoln Center venues for client entertainment, line credit on campus-wide materials, and a host of other outstanding member benefits. Our sincerest gratitude to our member companies who help us preserve Lincoln Center’s status as a leading presenter and curator of the world’s finest and most innovative arts.

Lincoln Center TheaterShowcasing exceptional theatrical performances in a variety of genres

Now in its 32nd year, Lincoln Center Theater has earned praise from countless quarters

for its exemplary productions, and has been named as “the pre-eminent theater in the

country” by The New York Times.

Since the Theater’s re-establishment in 1985, LCT has received a total of 78 Tony Awards

—for the magnificent epic, War Horse, for Tom Stoppard’s trilogy The Coast of Utopia,

for acclaimed revivals of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s South Pacific and The King and I and

August Wilson’s Joe Turner’s Come and Gone, as well as for many other memorable

productions throughout the Theater’s history. LCT plays, musicals, and revivals have been

seen by millions of theater-goers at the Vivian Beaumont Theater, the Mitzi E. Newhouse

Theater, at Broadway and Off-Broadway theaters, and on national tour.

The Claire Tow Theater opened in the late spring of 2012 as the home of the LCT3 program

for works by new artists for new audiences. In addition to producing plays and musicals,

Lincoln Center Theater sponsors educational and engagement programs for students in

public schools throughout New York City.

The Metropolitan OperaThroughout its 133-year history, the Metropolitan Opera has been one

of the world’s leading performing arts companies. Renowned for its

unparalleled variety of repertory, exceptional musical standards, and

impressive productions, the Met continues to be at the forefront of

opera, presenting the most creative and talented artists in the world.

Nearly 750,000 people attend more than 200 performances in the

opera house each season. The company presents, on average, six new

productions and up to 20 revivals each season, spanning the repertory

from the Baroque period to the 21st century.

Beyond the opera house, millions experience the Met through innovative

outreach programs. Under the leadership of General Manager Peter

Gelb, the Met has initiated a groundbreaking vision that continues

to transform the way audiences around the globe experience grand

opera. Building on the company’s 85-year radio broadcast tradition, the

Met transmits live opera performances to movie theaters around the

world through the Live in HD series, and subsequently broadcasts the

performances on PBS through the Great Performances series. Through

these initiatives, the Met is able to reach the largest and most diverse

audience in its history. Additionally, the Met provides free educational

and public outreach programs each season, which engage new

audiences and opera enthusiasts alike, helping to secure the vitality of

the operatic art form for generations to come.
