Introduction Those release notes describe available improvements in the Limosa new version.

This new version includes following topics

1.Employee and Belgian client identification

Employee can be identified either with his ssin or with his personal data (firstname,

middle name, given name, birthdate, nationality, address, foreign identifier)

Belgian client can be identified in several ways. Only ssin identification is affected in

this release.

Identification process is adapted with following impacts for the declarant:

Description

Declaration type: Employee, Declaration of a self-employed person without

employees , Declaration of a self-employed person with employees , missing

declaration

Screen: Employee (employee or self-employed), Client (for ssin identification only)

AS IS: the address of the employee or client is fully displayed

TO BE: the address of the employee or client is partially displayed depending on the

declarant profile.

If the declarant connects to Limosa with an user account then the address is

partially displayed

If the declarant connects to Limosa with an enterprise account then the address

is fully

displayed
