The Arc Reactor

THE PLOT

Anthony "Tony" Stark was born to Howard Anthony Stark and Maria Collins Carbonell Star, owners of the prominent

US firm, Stark Industries. At the age of 21, Tony inherited Stark Enterprises when his parents were killed in a car

accident.

Tony personally attended a field test of his military hardware at one of his international plants; however, soon after his

arrival Stark’s party was attacked by a gang of terrorists. During the skirmish, a land mine went off and lodged a piece

of shrapnel near Tony’s heart. Taken back to the camp, Tony shared a cell with Professor Ho Yinsen, a world-famous

physicist. Knowing that he could not live long with the shrapnel so close to his heart, Tony and Yinsen created a

battlesuit equipped with a magnetic field generator to prevent the shrapnel from reaching his heart. This armor became

the first true Iron Man armor and was equipped with crude magnetic weaponry for defense.

To keep your S.T.Dupont pen looking like new:

+ Polish it with a soft cloth (never use solvent-based products).

+ Clean any areas in natural lacquer as you would spectacle lenses or jewelry by breathing on it and buffing it with a

soft cloth. Lacquer is virtually impervious to attack, even from acid. It is exceptionally hard-wearing and highly resistant

to knocks, scuffs, scratches and water.

Your fountain pen requires a little more special attention. We recommend that you use S.T.Dupont cartridges or ink.

Remember to clean the ink feeder in the nib unit regularly. For certain models, use the converter to pump cold water

through the capillary until the water runs clear.

To avoid any risk of leakage when you travel by air, load your pen with a new cartridge or a full converter and pack it

with the nib pointing upwards.

The skins used at S.T.Dupont come from the very best tanneries. Their delicate texture and the presence of some

natural disparities (veins, wrinkles, grain, etc.) are a mark of the authenticity of S.T.Dupont articles.

Care instructions:

+ Avoid prolonged exposure to light, heat and humidity to preserve the appearance and color of your product.

+ Avoid contact with fats, make-up and solvents.

+ Do not use any care product such as wax, soap or a waterproofing product. If the leather becomes dirty we

recommend you wipe it gently with a soft, light-colored cloth.

+ Please take care not to scuff or rub your product against abrasive surfaces.

+ Avoid any prolonged contact with materials likely to transfer their color pigment, especially onto light-colored

leathers.

+ The linings in our products are specific and chosen from the most elegant textiles. Linings are treated so that their

color pigments are stable. However, there is always the risk of the color bleeding.

S.T.Dupont leather goods are sold in a pouch or imitation suede in which they can be stored it when not in use.

S.T.Dupont cannot be held responsible for variations in color on the leather or any other problem occurring during any

use of the product that does not comply with the precautions for use described above.
