Dear Suresh, Flood Lighting Poles together with 8 numbers of Anchor Bolts was delivered and received last 26 Sep 2011 on AR9539 Riyadh project and were inspected and accepted by E&I SAPID last 08 Oct 2011 (RFI#1553). Now, the delivered anchor bolts is according to manufacturers recommendations having (4 nos. 24mmx700mm long & 4 nos. 25mmx700mm long, both L-type with 2 nuts & 2 washers ea.) dwg. no. ELF-CTS10-4WFC-G & ELF-CTS10-2FC-G3. See attached file. But on Electrical Drawing (P) (VA-387204 002 rev.00) it is having 25mmx1000mm long L-type. And on Civil Drawing (Q) (VA-387170 010 rev.00) it is having 24mmx700mm long Not L-type. Civil SAPID made a logbook entry regarding the difference between Civil & E&I drawings for the anchor bolts LBE#3264. Our queries are: 1. Lengths of anchor bolts should be the same in each drawing. 2. Since theres no L-type on Aramco Standard Drawing requirements (AA-036322 001), kindly provide another option if we are not going to use L-type. (SAPID email response regarding L-type) 3. Supplier to provide MTC to determine the type and standards of the delivered anchor bolts or revise the drawing for what type shall we use. Please advise. Thank you for your usual support.
