THE NEXT STEPS

Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of £10.00 per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. A deposit of £25.00 per person for New Year’s Eve and £50.00 per person for New Year’s Eve accommodation is required. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders, and submit meal pre-orders, four weeks prior to the event you are attending. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

CHRISTMAS RESIDENTIAL PACKAGES

Get away to York this Christmas, with 2-night and 3-night packages available.

Arrive on Christmas Eve and get straight into the Christmas spirit with a reception of mulled wine and mince pies. Settle into your room and get ready for an evening in Tower’s Restaurant, where a three-course dinner will be served from 8:00pm followed by live entertainment.

Enjoy breakfast at leisure on Christmas morning and later join us for Christmas Lunch at either 12:30pm or 2:00pm. Relax with a slice of Christmas cake and Yorkshire Tea while you settle down to watch the Queen’s speech. End your day with a cold Christmas buffet, followed by an evening of live entertainment.

After breakfast on Boxing Day morning, why not venture out and enjoy a refreshing walk around the beautiful city of York, or relax indoors watching Christmas films and playing board games.

Celebrate your final night with us at our special Boxing Day Gala, available only as part of the residential package; a delicious dinner accompanied by live music and entertainment.
