PERSONALITY PROFILINGLifeworx offers a suite of personality profiling and assessments that can be either taken online, discussed through one on one coaching, or taken as a team. Our tools can provide a deeper, richer and more complete understanding of people when selecting, developing or managing their personal and professional lives. Common uses for these robust and versatile toolkits can be utilised in several ways including:

• Leadership Development• Communication Training• Team Building• Coaching and Mentoring• Conflict Resolution• Job Benchmarking• Workforce Transition• Recruitment and Selection• Induction• Change Management• Employee Engagement• Performance Management• Strategic Planning• Succession Planning• Personal Relationships.

The instruments available through Lifeworx are: • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®)• Personality Dimensions®• DISC®• PRINT®• Workplace Motivators®• TTI Emotional Quotient™.

Each instrument has its own way of revealing your personal preferences in life and behavioural types. All profiling tools can be used for the following options:

• Generation of and interpretation of answers via one on one coaching

• Team Workshops (either half day or full day or multiple days)

• Recruitment and Selection.

Please discuss your needs with Lifeworx to go through the most appropriate tool for you and/or your organi-sation.

MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATORS® (MBTI®)The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory is to make the theory of psycho-logical types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people’s lives. The essence of the theory is that much seemingly random variation in the behaviour is actually quite orderly and consistent, being due to basic differences in the ways individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment. The underlying assumption of the MBTI is that we all have specific preferences in the way we construe our experiences, and these preferences underlie our interests, needs, values, and motivation. MBTI® specifically looks at our individual OUTLOOK (introversion/extraversion) on life, the way we individually GATHER INFORMATION (sensing/intuition), how we individually MAKE DECISIONS (thinking/feeling), and how we DEAL WITH OTHERS ( judging/perceiving). Be having a greater understanding of our perceptions on the world, we gain greater insight into ourselves and others.

PERSONALITY DIMENSIONS®Personality Dimensions® is the latest evolution in presenting Personality Temperament Theory. It builds on research conducted in Canada over a period or two decades, and the foundations established by the work of Carl Jung, David Keirsey, Linda Berens, as well as a history of Temperament that spans 25 centuries. The Personality Dimensions® system utilises a convenient card sort and short questionnaire to reveal personality preferences. In addition to being the first Temperament assessment to incorporate the Introver-sion/Extraversion dichotomy, Personality Dimensions® also uses four colours along with short descriptors and symbols to represent the Temperament preferences: Inquiring Green, Organised Gold, Authentic Blue, and Resourceful Orange. These combined aspects create a common language of understanding with a high level of retention.

DISC®DISC® is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. DISC® is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioural differences. By participating in a DISC® program, you will complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behaviour. The DISC® model provides a common language that

people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviours with others. This can be within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships. DISC® profiles help you and your team:

• Increase your self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress and how you solve problems

• Facilitate better teamwork and minimise team conflict

• Develop stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer styles

• Manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions and priorities of employees and team members

• Become more self-knowledgeable, well-rounded and effective leaders.

DISC® online reports: ❒ Behavioural Style ❒ DISC® Job Profiles ❒ DISC® Selection Profiles ❒ DISC® Team Reports ❒ DISC® Coaching and Development Reports.

PRINT®Developed by The Paul Hertz Group, PRINT® uses a combination of customised reports, workshops and team/individual coaching to reveal the unconscious motivations that drive a person’s behaviour and actions. Instead of only describing observable behaviours or preferences (as is the case with conventional assess-ments), PRINT® addresses the root cause of persistent issues by uncovering changes needed for sustainable improvement, growth and change. PRINT® options include online surveys accompanied by PRINT® write ups. One on one coaching is also included around the results of the survey/s.

• PRINT® workshops are also available for teams. Each workshop includes extensive hands-on in-teraction to apply the concepts, practice the tools and share information among participants and includes:

• PRINT® overview• PRINT® Triggers and Trigger avoidance• PRINT® and motivation.• PRINT® and recruiting excellent talent• PRINT® and optimizing team performance

WORKPLACE MOTIVATORS®A motivator (or value) is a cluster of beliefs with a similar underlying pattern or idea that we believe to be funda-mentally important. Our primary motivators help determine what gives us joy, happiness, energy and purpose in all aspects of our lives. Our strongest motivators are the source of dissatisfaction when they are violated or ignored. People can overcome basic behavioural (DISC®) differences, but values are the thing that will make or break a relationship. The Workplace Motivators® reports are available in a number versions, each designed to support you and help you achieve your desired results. This tool has been designed with flexibility, practicality, and multiple uses in mind. This means you can invest once in the right profile and use it throughout the employee life cycle to maximise your investment.

TTI EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT™ (EI)Emotional intelligence (EI) is considered to be one of the most desirable characteristics in a leader. One study found that individuals with high EI could be 40% to 122% more effective in positions involving influencing, managing, negotiating and/or serving others. The TTI Emotional Quotient™ is a 13-page report. This business-friendly EQ profile is a simple yet powerful emotional intelligence assessment designed to be used by real people to get real results. Descriptions of the five core EQ factors measured are as follows:

• Self-Awareness - How actively we take our emotional temperature

• Self-Regulation - How actively we manage our emotional states in a positive manner

• Motivation - How actively we use our emotional energy to move us closer to our goals

• Empathy - How actively we observe others’ emotional temperature

• Social Skills - How actively we manage the emotional states of others.

TESTIMONIALSROD DEWSBURYHR Business Partner - Employee Relations at Activ FoundationI participated in a series of career planning and mobility workshops conducted by Jenny at UWA. Both the content and delivery of the course were excellent and I found Jenny to be very knowledgeable and motivating in the most authentic way. As an HR professional I didn’t think I had a lot to learn, but greatly benefited from Jenny’s expertise and insights. Jenny connects with people from any background or career stage and I highly recommend her.

SALLY PAMBERGERCounsellor, Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie‘I first met Jenny at a national Youth Mentoring training a few years ago and was immedi-ately impressed by her positive ‘get up and go attitude’ and open zest for new ideas. Jenny encouraged me to join the Career Development Association of Australia and most recently did a fantastic job of chairing my presentation at their national conference. I recommend Jenny, when it comes to career development, she has her finger on the pulse!

ROGER JAMES MCDONALDEmmanuel LeadershipJenny Gleeson is a personal and professional role model of mine. I attended her Person-ality Dimensions Workshop several years ago and the insights from it helped me understand the personalities of my work colleagues and enabled us to work together as a productive team for many years. Jenny has achieved many professional victories in business and she is the role model I aim to emulate in my own business success. I regard Jenny and her knowledge and expertise very highly and thoroughly recommend her to you and your business.

MICK BARRYMaintenance Supervisor at Anglo American Metallurgical CoalI attended a course that Jenny was running. I found it to be very informative and well worth the time to attend. I learnt a lot about myself and a lot about the staff that I look after. I am currently in discussions with Jenny to try and get all my staff to take part in the courses that Jenny teaches. Great work Jenny.

KEENAN RODERICKSPrincipal at Department of Education and Training, Western AustraliaJenny presented a superb workshop to my staff. She was professional, engaging and very articulate.
