Welcome new and returning parents to LifeSpan Summer Camp 2014. We hope you have had a great school year. As summer soon approaches we would like to inform you of some important information that you and your child/children will need to know before starting camp. General Information *We provide care to children ranging in grades Kindergarten and up. *Campers must have completed Kindergarten in June 2014 *Before/After Camp Care: 6:00am-9:00 & 4:00pm-6:00pm. During these hours, children will partake in mixed age group activities. *Camp Hours: 9:00am-4:00pm. During these hours, children will be involved in different activities and centers based on their age groups. *Please plan to arrive at camp no later than 8:30am for camp roll- call and group activities. *Sneakers must be worn at camp at all times; children can bring flip flops and sandals to wear at the pool. *Breakfast, morning snack and afternoon snacks are provided daily at no additional cost! *Packed lunches are required, no glass, nothing microwavable or that needs heating. *Children are recommended to pack a labeled water bottle daily. *If you have a younger child in camp, it is a good idea to pack a change of clothes in case of an accident. *Please DO NOT bring toys from home, including electronics. LifeSpan is not liable for personal items. *LifeSpan Summer Camp reserve the right to modify activities, the daily schedule, special events, and location based on weather conditions, facility availability, and in response to School District Energy Saving Programs. *If you cannot make it by 6pm to pick up your child, please make sure you have arranged for alternate pick up for your child. The person picking up must be on the emergency contact form or you must give written/oral permission with them having photo ID with them at time of pick-up. *A late fee of $1 per minute per child will be charged for late pick-ups. Summer is a time for children to discover how to become and stay active; and develop healthy habits for a lifetime. The benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it’s gaining confidence or connecting with others, LifeSpan’s Summer Camp is about building the whole child, from the inside out. We look forward to providing your child with enriching and rewarding experiences by focusing on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Our quality program and services integrates a design to develop the whole child – socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically. Pool Information*Pool passes are a required part of attending our camp-Quakertown location only.

*Please note that pool pass applications must be taken to the Quakertown Community Pool. LifeSpan does not accept the applications.

*There is an early application discount for the application which must be submitted to them by May 23rd.

*The children walk to the pool daily, unless weather permits. Attached is a map of the route that is taken.
