AIM OF THE PROJECT

Life Saver is basically an idea to spread awareness about blood donation.

Its a common fact that many people do not know about the importance of blood donation.

Equal number ofpeople who are aware about it and unaware about the chances when and where they can donate.

This website serves to 5 kinds of people.

- The unaware people,

- People who are wil l ing to donate but do not know when and where to donate.

- Hospital managements who blindly search through network for a blood donor during emergency cases.

MODULE DESCRIPTION

BLOOD DONOR:-

In this module describes who is will ing to donate their blood means,entered the name ,age,blood group,..etc….to register their details. .

FIELDS OF THIS MODULE:-

Donor Name,Donor_id,Gender,Blood Group,Weight,Address,State,City,Mobile,E-mail,Password..

HOSPITAL REGISTRATION

In this module Whose is will ing to donate their blood through the hospitals to register itself then it can do it . It can also search for donor location wise and if needed then it can also make request for blood.

FIELDS OF THIS MODULES:-

HospitalName,Address,Contact_Person,Designation,State,City,Contact_No,E-mail .

PATIENT DETAILS

It provides the details of the patient. The module is used to get the patient name, address, mobile no, contact details of the patient.it confirms the user to the data’s in the database.

FIELDS OF THIS MODULES:-

Name,Patient_Id,Age,Gender,Blood Group,Disease,Required Date.

About us Page is used to give the details about this website ,needs of blood donation,and reasons for blood donation,process of blood…etc..,
