Water governance in the North is currently all about providing new water supplies and about managing and regulating water demand
Especially in the water resources sector but also in the WSS sector where water resources are scarce
The social solidarities have very different perceptions, inspirations and guiding ideas.
.Gov & .Com are all unreceptive to underlying environmental and economic fundamentals
