Methodology

12 Days Training cum Workshop (Minimum 15 Participants)

Lean Principles & Philosophy

Lean Basic Tools

Waste Elimination,5S, Visual Management. Standardization – 4 days

TPM basics- KI, AM, PM,EM and over view of all pillars - 4 days

TFM basics – JIT, VSM, KANBAN, Internal and

External logistics, single piece flow, LCA, SMED- 4 days

2 Hour Hard Copy examination (Min 80% passing) after

each 4 days session.

Flow Tools like Process Mapping, VOC, TAT, Systematic Layout Plan (SLP), Value Stream Mapping. 16 losses and loss identification in VSM, Potential Improvement Plan. Future state development.

Pull Tools like Kanban in Office, Visual Communication.

Mistake Proofing Tools like Standard Checklist

3 Hour Hard Copy examination (Min 80% passing) + One completed Project

Outputs LICG certified Continual Excellence Coach
