EMI

Complete a three (3) step process to request a license.

1. You enter information about your production and the use of each song title.

2. A quote will be generated which you can accept or cancel.

3. After you accept a quote the system will generate two copies of a license in the form of a PDF. You must print, sign and return both copies to EMI with a check within 30 days.

• This is a special license for producers who would like to exhibit their production via home video or DVD media, up to a maximum of 2,500 units. You can use selected EMI songs at rates that reflect the limited rights being granted. Expect to pay between $50 and $500 for a single song use, depending on the number of copies.
