Finish all drinks & snacks before entering the library. If drinks & snacks cannot be finished before coming to the library they must stay off to the side in the hallway by the doors.

Internet use must be school related; this means: no visiting Myspace, Facebook, etc. This rule applies to before, during, and after school.

1. To reduce amount of paper used, copy and paste needed information from a website into a MS Word document so you can adjust the size and use less printer paper and ink.

2. The computers’ are cleaned every night, this means that if you are working on a project that you need to save it to a floppy disk, or a memory stick. If you save a project to the computer overnight it will not be there the next day.

3. All computers send their print jobs to the printer by the computer. Printer only prints in black & white.

A call number is how you know which section of the library to find a particular book.

For example, a fiction book’s call number would look like this:

The FIC indicates that it is a Fiction book and, that the first three letters of the author’s last name begin with STI.

A Non-fiction book’s call number would look like this:

JONThe numbers indicate that it is a non-fiction book, and that the first

three letters of the author’s last name begin with JON.

on the row above the number.
