During HESI A2 registration, if you are asked for a department ID, use 203288 (Liberty University-MBS)

1. Go to https://www.liberty.edu/academics/nursing/index.cfm?pid=10334

Then, scroll down to click on the link to “Register to take the HESI A2 test”.

2. Click “I’m a student”

3. Next scroll down and Click “Register for Distance Testing”

4. Next Click “Register”

5. Scroll down then click “Checkout/Redeem”.

6. Here’s the tricky part that seems to confuse a lot of people. If you don’t already have an account when you click “Check/Redeem” and it will bring you to this page and you will have to make an account.

7. When you are finished click “Continue”. When you click “Continue” you will be rerouted to the page that says “Checkout/Redeem”. Make sure you click “Checkout/Redeem” twice. You will then be rerouted to this page.

8. Since you have already Checked out, you will then need to Click “My Evolve” located in the top right-hand corner of the page. You will be rerouted to this page.

9. Then, Click “Student Access” and accept the terms and conditions by scrolling down the entirety of the terms and conditions, and click “I Agree”. NOTE: You will only be able to click “I Agree” if you scroll all the way down. You will be rerouted to this page.

10. When here click “Payments” and enter the “payment ID: 13224”

11. You will then be rerouted to this page. Where you will have to enter in your personal and payment information. Total Cost is $42.00. When finished Click “Proceed to Checkout”

12. Next, go back to https://www.liberty.edu/academics/nursing/index.cfm?pid=10334 and click “Register to take HESI A2 at Liberty University’s Testing Services”

13. Next Pick a date between January 21st – February 1st. The only times available to take the Hesi A2 test are at 8:00 a.m. and 1 p.m.

14. You will then be rerouted to this page where you will have to add yourself using the “Add Tester” button.

15. Next put in your information and Click “Add”. You will then be rerouted to this page.

16. Put in your e-mail address and click “Pay Now” the cost will be $50.00. After your payment is secure you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
