2, 16, 30 MAY @ 1800 – MOVIE NIGHT: Take a load off after a long week and relax with a flick that we pick. FREE Mokuteki pizza, soft drinks, and water will be served.
EVERY SUNDAY @ 1200 – UNITED WE PLAY!: Nintendo WiiU, Play Station 3, and X-BOX 360 systems are ready to play! Pair that with our newest games and we have a recipe for good times. FREE Mokuteki pizza, soft drinks, and water will be served.
5 & 19 MAY @ 1800 – BURGERS ‘N BOWLING: Meet the Liberty Staff at the Walmsley Bowling Center for a FREE combo meal, soft drink and two games of bowling. Pros and underdogs are always welcome. Reserve your space by email and don’t forget to invite a shipmate from the squadrons.

18 MAY – RAKUTEN EAGLES BASEBALL GAME : Baseball is one of the most popular sports in Japan and was introduced in 1872. Baseball has been a popular sport ever since. It is called yakyū in Japanese, combining the characters for field and ball. Let’s watch the 2013 Japan Series Champions take on the Saitama Seibu Lions. 23-25 MAY –TOKYO SUMO & SIGHTSEEING:One of only three sumo tournaments in Tokyo in the Kokugikan Arena each year! We will stay at the Hardy Barracks and you will also have opportunities for guided sightseeing in Tokyo based on the group’s interests. 28 MAY @ 1800 DINING OUT @ O OTOYA: A typical meal set includes: rice, miso soup, a main dish, a side dish, and pickled vegetables. Restaurants that specialize in meal sets are called “teishoku-ya”.The type of meal sets available will differ depending on the shop. “Dining Out” is FREE for Sailors E4 and below!Liberty will supply the “ride and the guide” for all; E5 and above Sailors please bring yen for your meal.

staffed to take your calls, register you for trips, and anything else we might help you with in building 543.
All trips must be paid for in exact change, please have this prepared prior to your registration.
“LAST MINUTE LIBERTY” Do you have unusual work schedules, get unexpected days off, or sometimes miss our scheduled trips? Misawa Liberty has a program just for YOU! After you make a group of six people, contact us to see if we can accommodate your request for a "customized day trip!" Once your initial registration is completed with our office, the trip will be advertised on our Facebook page for your shipmates to join in. Trip scheduling will be dependent on Liberty Program volunteer staffing and existing commitments. We will make every effort to get you out the gate!
