• The main value of Youthpass: aid to reflection and self-assessment of project participants.
– widens young people’s understanding and competences of learning
– broadens the view of what they learned during the project and thereby raises self-confidence

Youthpass – Time to show off!!!
Guiding learning processes with the focus on life competences in youth people’s mobility experiences Aim: create systematic change in youth worker training & education focussing on competences development, to better identify and support individual learning processes of participants and transform and translate the outcome into life competences, among them employability competences. The project is a cooperation project between the National Agencies of Hungary, Germany, the Netherlands and the SALTO T&C RC.
