Imperial Parking will be administering all parking services for the ARHCC effective September 1, 2008. This message will provide detailed process requirements on transferring employee paid parking to the new facility with contacts, rates, dates and a general Q&A. If you currently have FHA Payroll Deduction Parking: All staff in possession of an FHA hanger should contact Parking Administration to cancel their parking. In most cases a refundable deposit was charged; in order to receive the refund your FHA hanger should be returned. Place your name or employee number directly onto the hanger and return to:

Upon receipt the deposit amount will be refunded directly through your next pay statement. Payroll deductions will then cease. ARHCC Monthly Parking - IMPERIAL PARKING: Payroll deductions will not be available. There will be no distinguishing between, FT/PT/Casual/Daily Pay/Contractor parking. Monthly parking will be available on a first come, first serve basis through monthly billing. Effective Date: October 1, 2010 Rate: will be increasing to $260/year or $21.67 monthly or $5.00/day $25.00 refundable hanger deposit. Lost fee: $25.00.

1. Daily Staff Parking (Red) – You may apply now to Impark to receive a hanger and pay a reduced staff rate of $5.00 per day.

2. After Hours (Blue) - Staff who park between the hours of (3 pm to 8 am) and weekends between 3 pm Friday to 8 am Monday may apply for a monthly parking pass for these hours.

3. Car Pooling (Green) – You may apply to Impark to register for a car pooling hanger. There are a number of designated car pool parking spots that are very close to the staff entrance. A minimum of two people per car must register to participate.

Please note that all cars in the staff parking lot will need to have a staff hanger (monthly pass or one of the above).

2. Car Pooling – Jack Bell Ride-share will match drivers and passengers. Go online (ride-share.com) to register or call 604-879-RIDE

3. Bus Schedule – Route 5 North Poplar stops in front of the hospital and leaves Bourquin Exchange starting 7:12 twice an hour. See www.busonline.ca

4. Motorcyle/Scooter Parking – There are a number of smaller stalls by the Drop Off/Pick Up location designated for free motorcycle/scooter parking.
