CancellationThe exhibitor shall give ISEH notice in writing of its intention to cancel or withdraw from the event. For notices received on or before established deadline,* the exhibitor shall be obligated and agrees to pay 50 percent of the contract value. In the event the said notice is received after established deadline,* the exhibitor shall be obligated and agrees to pay 100 percent of the contract value.

Cancellations and changes to your original contract must be made in writing to ISEH. For cancellations made before established deadline,* 50 percent of the total cost of each item will be retained. After established deadline,* no refunds will be issued.

Default of OccupancyAny exhibitor failing to occupy their exhibitor booth (contracted but not cancelled) by established deadline,* is obligated to pay the full cost of such space. ISEH has the right to take possession of said space and lease same.

Failure to Hold EventShould any contingency prevent the holding of the Annual Scientific Meeting, ISEH shall retain only such part of the exhibitor’s rental as required for expenses incurred up to the time such contingency shall have occurred. If for any reason, the event shall be cancelled or deferred, the exhibitor waives all claims for damages or recovery of payment.

Liability and InsuranceExhibitors shall assume and hold harmless ISEH and their respective parties from and against, any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses relating to exhibitor’s acts or omissions while a participant of the Annual Scientific Meeting. Including but not limited to bodily injury or property damage, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Shipping and A/V RequirementsExhibitors are expected to make their own arrangements to ship materials. Contact information will be provided on our website and sent via email to assist with all shipping, audio visual, and electrical needs.

Exhibitor Resources KitThe Exhibitor Resources Kit will be available 60-days prior to the event, which will provide A/V, electrical and other venue-specific details.
