Yuma International Airport Yuma County Airport Authority 2191 E 32nd St, Ste 218, Yuma, AZ 85365 (928) 726-5882 PORT OF OPPORTUNITY November 2, 2009 To Whom it May Concern: This letter is to recommend LoCoco-Pilkington Construction for your project. Yuma International Airport contracted LoCoco-Pilkington to build a top of the line, 15,850 square foot aircraft maintenance hangar for our prospective clients; a high-end facility specifically targeted at defense contractors engaged in high technology work. The hangar specifications included a wide assortment of technical enhancements to meet the needs of almost any customer. The groundbreaking was held on January 6, 2009. Our first prospect, NASA walked through the completed hangar in July of the same year and immediately agreed to sign a lease. Four days later a team from Customs and Border Patrol wanted to lease it. Because it was already rented, CBP on October 30, 2009, issued the Airport a contract to design an entire aircraft maintenance complex based on what they saw that day – a quality product. The new center will include two hangars, an administration center and a storage depot. That kind of response is the most effective way to say LoCoco-Pilkington scored a home run on every single aspect of that project. I watched a talented management team run a complicated project without a single hitch. The hangar was completed ahead of schedule, on budget and without a single change order. I have not seen such superb performance by a contractor in my 30-year aviation career. Jerry LoCoco and Drew Pilkington deliver the goods. They demonstrate a fanatical attention to detail that shines at the end of the project. Every business owner wants to find a contractor with an honest work ethic; these people have it, along with amazing customer service skills. I have no doubt I will work with LoCoco-Pilkington in the future and I recommend them highly to any client in search of a qualified general contractor in Yuma. Sincerely, Craig Williams Airport Director

RE: LoCoco-Pilkington Construction

To Whom It May Concern;

Recently Amberly's Place was remodeled through Community Development Block GrantFunds. Using federal funding for a remodel project requires additional paper work anddocumentation to insure all guidelines are met. LoCoco-Pilkington was aware of theadditional requirements and insured that they were met through-out this project.

Additionally Amberly's Place is a victim center which provides 2417 crisis intervention tovictims of child molest, sexual assault, domestic violence and elder abuse. Due to thesensitive nature of the services which we provide, when a victim was brought to Amberly'sPlace and a investigation started, the workers would often times need to clean up the area andleave, until the investigation was completed. Drew and Jerry made sure that allsubcontractors were aware of this prior to being hired for this job to avoid any problems.

I am pleased with the way Jerry and Drew worked with this agency on this remodel underunusual circumstances. The project was able to be completed in a timely manner even withthe unplanned delays. We are pleased with the work which was done at the Center and thequality of sub-contractors which they employ. You may feel free to call at 373-0849 if youhave any questions regarding our services or this remodel project.

Dear Drew and Jerry:

Thank you for being instrumental in completing the kitchen remodeling project. I have beenvery impressed with the professionalism that both of you have displayed during this project. Evenwhen the project hit some rough spots your persistence and dedication to getting the project completedwas excellent. When I told you at the beginning of the project the importance of completing it in atimely manner, you took it to heart! Your coordination of the subcontractors, working witharchitectural company, working with our staff: and keeping me informed was a great relief to me asthe director of this agency.

Most importantly, the kitchen is complete, the staff are back to cooking inside, the inspectionsare completed without any problems and we're back on-line. The end result is a beautiful, functionalkitchen that will provide meals to the homeless, those in recovery and the poor and needy of ourcommunity. Lococo-Pilkington is truly a blessing to Crossroads Mission. Thank you!

In His Service to Build a Better Community,

Myra E. Garlit, M.Ed., LISACExecutive Director
