Reference Letter 24 January 2016 To Whom It May Concern: Joshua Ong Jia Sheng (S) has served as a barista and service crew at Artistry since September 2015. Since then, he has executed his responsibilities diligently and with great skill. Joshua is a quick learner and is able to pick up and execute barista skills without difficulty. He takes great pride in his work, paying attention to detail and is constantly exploring ways to improve our work processes. He is able to cope with the quick pace in our operational environment and maintain level-headedness in high pressure situations. Joshua is a team player and gets along well with our staff and suppliers. During his time at Artistry, Joshua performed duties outside his scope of work. He assisted in basic bookkeeping and consistently updated Artistry’s social media channels. On top of that, he also organized and executed a simple photo shoot for the café’s new menu. Joshua is always willing to go above and beyond when it comes to his work, and I have no qualms that he will be able to apply himself well in the workplace.
