How to call and answer?

*About the call The line is busy. (占线 ) The line is engaged. (占线 ) You’re wanted on the phone. The phone is our of order. The line is dead.(一点声音也没有。 ) When the phone rings, you may say hello, then te

ll your telephone number & name, such as “This is 7822343” or “This is Tom speaking”.

If you are calling your close friends or familiar people, you needn’t to say more words to be polite.
