Project intergration management involves unification consolidation articulation and intergrative actions that are crucial for successfully completing the project

Note that this knowledge area unlike the others is not specific to a particular task but it its a high level work that involves th PM managing interdependencies among other knowledge aresas

Key role of the PM is to perform intergration ( basically puts all the pieces of the project together to ensure resoursces are used optimally, project is done cheaply,faster whilst meeting object ives)
