Personality can be defined as the collection of one’s distinctive individual qualities.

It is the way a person thinks, functions, and relates to others.

Types of personalities.

Dominator - one who likes to control a group.

Compromiser - one who sees all sides of an issue.

Follower - one who watches, listens, and usually follows the group.

Protester - one who speaks out strongly against issues.

Encourager - one who gives hope, courage, confidence, and support.

Integrator - one who removes barriers. Contributor - one who likes to share
