+Tips for Printing

Before you print, ALWAYS do a Print Preview. Check the number of pages that it says will print during the preview for verification.

If your spreadsheet doesn’t fit on one page, first try changing the page orientation to Landscape or Portrait

You can also use the “Fit to” feature to make the spreadsheet fit to a specific size page

Double check your print area if you are printing unwanted data or areas

Change the view mode to view Print or Page Layout to give you a better idea of what the spreadsheet will look like printed.
