Hotel List Display (HL) The hotel list (HL) provides you with a complete list of hotels in a specific

city in alphabetical order The display contains the hotel name, chain code, area location, and

recommended type of transportation from the airport to the hotel To request a hotel list for Paris, enter:

Hotel Availability and Rates Display Amadeus hotel availability and rates display is information

that is available for entire hotel chains, as well as for individual hotel properties– There are many rates, such as weekend and promotional rates that are

automatically available to all agents using Amadeus Hotels There are 2 types of hotel availability:

– Multi-property display– Single-property display


Multi-Property Hotels Availability A multy-property hotel availability (HA) shows, for each

property listed, the lowest room/rate combination found, and also the highest

Single Company Availability and Rates Display

First, you can search for hotel availability for Paris, for example check-in is on 25 Aug, and check-out 28 Aug:

HA PAR 25SEP-3 Then, you can choose hotel property by choosing the line number order:

Or, if you know the code for a particular hotel chain, you can request an availability and rates display by adding the chain code immediately after the HA transaction code:

HA HL LON 2NOV-2(Request Hilton Hotels in London, check-in 2Nov for a two-night stay)

Hotel Availability Option Codes (p. 122)

Entry code Explanation

/AR-DArea Identifier - Hotel availability for the specific location D-Downtown; A-Airport; E, W, N, S – for East, West, North or South of Downtown, and R-Resort

/CO-SI Company - Display specific hotel chain

/FC- Foreign Currency - Display in specific currency/FC-EUR or /FC-USD

/HC-F Hotel Category - L-Luxury; F-First; S-Standard; T-Tourist

/LOW Search by the lowest rates - System display for the lowest to the highest hotel prices

/HN- Hotel Name - by specific name of the hotel/HN-SOFITEL

/RT-2 Rates for Double Occupancy - the price for two persons

/QU- Rate limit/RangeFor example the max price that client could buy is 150 euros
