DESCRIPTION

VOTRE P.I. >< LA P.I. D’AUTRUI
= bien de l’entreprise
PAS DE P.I. = pas protégé, ou = plus protégé « domaine public »
= partenaire = client = concurrent = employé ( ! ) = fournisseur / sous-traitant = tout autre tiers (état,…) ⇒ IDENTIFIER
⇒ « FIXER » / SECURISER ⇒ GERER ⇒ MONITORING ⇒ EXPLOITER
⇒ IDENTIFIER ⇒ CLEARING ⇒ GERER

Crowdsourcing
“Outsourcing to the crowd”
To crowdsource = to obtain (information or input into a particular task or project) by enlisting the services of a number of people, either paid or unpaid, typically via the Internet. [http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/crowdsource]

Crowdsourcing d’activités inventives…
The winning idea And the winning idea was… “The Heineken 1000$ Bottle” by Helmut Witteler from Germany. The Jury appreciated his detailed proposal for a promotional mechanism supported by an innovative device, the “Heineken-O-Mat” designed to motivate consumers to return/recycle bottles. Increasing the return rate of bottles and cans has a very positive effect on their environmental impact. This idea has the potential to engage all parties needed to make a real difference: HEINEKEN, consumers, retailers and even NGO's.

Open Innovation
“Open Innovation is the use of purposive inflows and outflows of knowledge to accelerate internal innovation, and expand the markets for external use of innovation, respectively. Open innovation is a paradigm that assumes that firms can and should use external ideas as well as internal ideas, and internal and external paths to market, as they look to advance their technology.” [H. Chesbrough, “Open innovation: a new paradigm for understanding industrial innovation”, Open Innovation: Researching a New Paradigm. Oxford: Oxford University Press, pp. 1-12.]

IP OUTSIDE IN : “not invented here” ⇒ Prendre une licence = gagner du temps
= épargner en R&D IP INSIDE OUT : “not sold here” ⇒ Donner en licence, ce que d’autres exploiteront mieux => revenus & opportunités
OBJECTIF: Premier créateur => meilleure mise en œuvre => + d’innovation
=> « 1er sur le marché »

Open Data + Crowdsourcing
Ex.: Open Street Map No map is perfect, but the main thing is that with OSM, people are editing it because they enjoy it as they bike and hike trails and roads and so there's passion that comes along with that," Coast said. "That's as opposed to paying people for proprietary maps. So the upshot is you get higher quality data out of our volunteers than from paid staff."
