Priorities3. Why the project was necessary?

(needs addressed - problems solved):

• "It's time" aims at transferring key elements of the late German qualification programme of 'workplace tutor' (Berufspädagoge) to other European countries and in return to receive input for further developments in Germany.

• The qualification programme is targeted at in-company trainers and tutors who wish to develop their pedagogic and didactic skills, and to gain more knowledge about the management and coordination of vocational training processes in their companies.

Priorities4. How did the project do this?

(process – implementation):• All training material will be available online on an e-learning

platform (EN, DE, IT, FI, NL, PO)

• The project aims to develop and test useful learning arrangements throughout Europe, especially through the development of blended learning modules designed to support practical and work process-integrated learning forms.

• The integration into the NQF/EQF system will be applied as well as the applicability of both the ECVET concept and the ECTS system will be examined.
