  • Who we are?

    We are an FE provision for young people, 16-25, with learning disabilities. With a maximum of 20 students across three years of study, we offer a truly person-centred approach.

    • Our courses aim to bridge the gap between adolescence and adulthood, supporting learners to:

    • navigate their social environment

    • develop functional skills

    • empower them to achieve their future ambitions.

  • Rated a GOOD SEN further education provider by Ofsted in March 2016

    • Particularly praised for:

    • Work experience programme

    • 1:1 monitoring of targets and progress with students

    • Standard of teaching

  • When do our courses run?

    • 20 hours a week

    • Monday –Thursday, 9.30am –3.30pm

    • Following Camden school term dates

  • Who can apply?

    • Learners must be 16-25 years old

    • Can be from any borough across London

    • Mild – moderate learning difficulties and disabilities (1:1 Learning Support Assistants can be placed, but we cannot cover personal care)

    • Entry level - Learners are required to understand instructions and engage in classes.

    • Must have EHCP plan – we are open to working with families/carers to help to get this in place

  • Personal Development (2 years) Ascentis Entry 1, 2 or 3 Award in Functional Skills Maths, English, Life Skills and the Arts Award.Art, Drama and Sports and Leisure and Cookery classes.Students will also have work placement opportunities throughout the year.

    Courses and Qualifications

    Employability (1 year stand alone course)Qualifications Ascentis Entry 1, 2or 3 Award in Functional Skills Maths, English and Work Skills.

  • Work Placement• Learners undertake 3 placements of their choice for up to 6 weeks and participate in group volunteering opportunities.
