• Upper Trail – 1½ miles; ¾ hour; Moderate. This trail will lead you past gardens and pastures. It links the Oak Woodland Trail with the Valley Trail. Bobolinks and Meadowlarks can be seen in the pastures and hayfields.• Oak Woodland Trail – 1¾ miles; 1 hour; Moderate. Follow the staircase next to the barn to pick up this trail. Stop at the overlook to view the spring pool and stream below. This trail will lead you through young woods to a mature oak forest.• Valley Trail - 3¾ miles; 1¾ hours; Easy. This trail loops around the valley skirting the cattle pasture. There is a shortcut halfway along the trail if you would prefer a shorter walk. The South side of the trail follows the stream corridor. The North side takes you along the base of the ridge where you will find wetlands formed by seeps. • Preservation Garden Trail - 1 mile; ½ hour; Moderate. Follow the staircase next to the barn to start this trail. This loop will take you past the preservation gardens and the majority of Seed Savers buildings. The depression north of the parking lot is a half acre rain garden planted with native plants. It is designed to control erosion and filter runoff from the buildings and graveled areas.

Seed Savers Exchange is a non-profit membership organization whose mission is to save North America’s diverse, but endangered, garden heritage for future generations by building a network of people committed to collecting, conserving, and sharing heirloom seeds, while educating people about the value of genetic and cultural diversity. To preserve the natural beauty, please stay on the trails.
