• Mastering the ability to use social media tools in order to organize and fundraise takes time.
• Not all organizations can use it effectively.
• Allow supporters to tell you how they feel (let them get personal, i.e. “humanization of your group).
• Idea is to find what fulfillment your supporters want and give it to them.
