Presented findings to entire Community Help and Learning department at end of internship. Conducted social media research project on customer support-specific team to determine how Influencer Marketing could be used to allow the company to find customer issues via the web. Created a list of influencers that could be followed and contacted to learn about problems that the majority of Adobe consumers involved in social media face. Met with the student weekly during her junior and senior years.
