It’s time to light things up

With the new Q-lights product range Q-railing has created a complete railing system that includes everything you need to install a lighted railing.

Each spotlight has an angled LED that shines in an asymmetric distribution, making the undesirable blinding effect impossible. The handrail brackets, handrail adapters and wall flanges are all fitted with cable ducts. So whether the situation calls for the wiring to go through the wall or through the post, the cables will all be completely hidden from view.

The long-lasting LED-spotlights have a unique click technology and are pre-wired for easy installation. As there is a large heat sink and a low voltage of 24V, you have complete assurance that the handrail will not heat up. Plus, the entire Q-lights system offers an IP66 protection - which means it’s dust-tight and provides total protection against contact and water.

Ready to light things up? Q-lights simplifies the process, with the high level of quality and attention to detail that you’ve come to expect from Q-railing.

We recommend to mill the hole, if that is not possible a step drill should be used. Always debur drill holes and remove drilling remains to avoid cable breakage. Don't start installation of LED-spotlights until all holes have been deburred internally and externally.

SATIN Q-LINE - TubesHandrails

Predrilled tubes can be ordered on page 17 (prefix).

Cable length = tube length + wire loops length (100 mm) + 10%.

Q-tubeQ-tube has a far lower tolerance than a standard commercial tube. Even the welding seam of Q-tube has been specially adapted to our fittings. Therefore the tube fits perfectly in conjunction with our fittings, in order for you to be able to work fast and effectively. To prevent damage, and to guarantee the quality, each tube section is separately packaged.
