JUNIOR CONGREGATION SERVICECOMPLETELY CONDUCTED

BY CHILDREN

We are proud to report that ourJunior Congregation has now reachedthe point where it is completely con¬ducted by our children. For a long timeour young people have acted as chaz-anim, delivered the sermonettes andbeen called up to the Torah. Now oneof our junior congregants, Gerald Go-tel, reads the Torah, so this takes care

of every phase of the service. The service in the chapel emulates

the one conducted in the main syna¬gogue except, of course that it is ab¬breviated. Every child is urged to par¬ticipate as much as possible and wehave been very pleased with the re¬sults. Those who have acted as chaz-anim during the past month are LannyBinstock, Gerald Gotel, David Kahnand David Popkin.
