• We work in one week sprints – on Monday we start a sprint, on each Friday we present You results,
• We contact with You every day on short skype calls or we work in Your office,• For each project we have dedicated Product Owner who takes care on Your
project,• You have access to documentation in Confluence,• On each commit to repository project is build, all unit tests are performed.
Information about eventual problems with build or unit tests are send to SLACK,• On each commit successful built app is send to HockeyApp or other distribution
channel,• Every night we perform all UI tests on real devices connected to build server –
nightly build is send automatically to HockeyApp,• Before Release we perform all automatic tests, semi automatic tests, visual tests
(acceptance, integration),• Every Friday we present You progress ( shippable product) on skype or in Your
office.
