positioned to take advantage of the
proposed regeneration of Crewe Town

Cordwell Group & Peveril Securities with
announcement of the planned Royal
Arcade mixed-use development.
The scheme is set to comprise a new 800 seat
Empire Cinema with a gym, supporting retail
and restaurant opportunities. The catalyst for
the regeneration of the town centre is the
news that Crewe has been identified by HS2
as their preferred location for the North West
Gateway Hub Station.
