Dashboard• Under the Dashboard tab, Team Captains will be able to view account balances, debit transactions by
status, and expiring learning credit balances. • The Action Items section will include pending tasks, news and updates.
Accounts – Search Accounts
• The Accounts tab will display all the accounts a Team Captain has access to and the number of Learning Credits available for that account.
• Under the Search Accounts sub tab, Team Captains will be able to search by account name and sales order number.
Accounts – Reissue Request
• Under the Reissue Request sub tab, Team Captains will be able to search, view, and update the status of reissue requests by using the displayed ribbon status selections.
• Sales orders that are eligible for a reissue extension will have a Reissue button displayed under the Action field.

• Reissue training plans can be updated by using the Notes section and clicking the Update button.
Accounts – Preferred Partner
• Under the Preferred Partner sub tab, Team Captains can select preferred partners by clicking the Add/Edit button under the Actions field. The Cisco Terms & Conditions will need to be accepted.
Transactions – Search Transactions
• Under the Search Transactions sub tab, Team Captains will be able to search by account name, transaction ID, SO number, transaction type, or can specify a date range.
• Team Captains will be able to export customer reports by using the Excel icon.
Transactions - Approve Debits
• Under the Approve Debits sub tab, Team Captains will be able to approve, decline, or place debit transactions on hold.
• Team Captains will be able to search by account name, transaction ID, SO number, transaction type, or can specify a date range.

• Use the Process button next to pending transactions to approve, decline, or place debit transactions on hold. A new process page will appear.
• Use the View button to display further transaction details. • Use the Auto Approve Details button to turn the auto approve feature on and off.

• Once the Process button has been clicked, use the status dropdown to approve, decline, or place debit transactions on hold. Click Process once more to save your status update.
Users
• Under the Users tab, Team Captains will be able to search by users, add users, delete users from the Users tab.
• The users that you add must have active Cisco.com credentials.
Notifications and User Preferences
• Use the bell icon on the upper right corner to review your previously delivered notifications and to personalize your future notification updates.
Access & Monitoring
• Use the Learning Credits Management Tool (LCMT) to regularly review your Learning Credits balance, expiration date, approval status, and authorized users.
Current Contact Details
• Ensure the Team Captain’s Cisco.com profile, including his or her corporate email address, is current. LCMT will send important notices and action requests here.
Review and Approve
• Approve only those transactions which are identified by the Team Captain as authorized and scheduled as indicated within the debit details. Approvals can not be denied or placed on hold after they have been approved.
Request Extension
• Request an extension of applicable sales orders as soon as the need arises. Purchased CLCs expire in 12 months and are eligible for a one time 6 month reissue. There are no exceptions or additional extensions granted.
Select a Preferred Partner
• Select a preferred learning partner, if desired. The Team Captain’s contact information, account balance, and earliest expiration date will be shared with the preferred learning partner to help plan your company’s training.
