Transitional Work Bonus Program

As a previous recipient of a BWC transitional work grant, we wanted to let you know about our new, Transitional Work Bonus (TWB) Program. Through the program, employers with a BWC-approved transitional work plan can get up to 10 percent off their premium by using the plan to return injured workers back to work. The deadline to apply for this new program is April 30.

However,theTWBProgramisjustonepartofDestination: Excellence, our new program package that can help you improve workplace safety, lower workers’ compensation costs and implement effective return-to-work prac-tices. We are offering seminars throughout the state to educate our customers about Destination: Excellence (see more below). Bring your transitional work plan to a seminar near you to have a BWC representative review it. We can provide approval or give you feedback on-site.
