Biokit training courses will be held in lliçà d’amunt (Barcelona - Spain); Inova training courses will be held in San diego (California), Barcelona (Spain) and Sãn Paolo (Brazil);Instrumentation Laboratory training courses will be held in Milano (italy).

How to book your participation to training Please duly fill the Registration form attached and send it to: • Mrs. Antonella Coppo ([email protected]) and Mrs. Simonetta Guerini ([email protected]) for Application training• Mrs. Maria Carati for Service training ([email protected])Registration must be sent at least 30 days before the beginning of the training.Registration Form is also available in the IL FTP server.Special rates have been negociated for your convenience at “Grand Hotel Barone di Sassj”. The rate are € 70.00 Superior, one person and € 80.00 Superior, two people. The Hotel is located in Via Padovani 38 - 20099 Sesto San Giovanni (Milano).
Do not forget to specify if you need visa and please add all relevant information about the invitation letter IL has to issue for you (e.g. who has to sign the letter in IL). Please get in touch with your local Italian Embassy to know exactly the list of documents required. Please provide us with a draft of the letter required by the Italian Embassy. As soon as your visa has been issued, please inform us. We will book a hotel for you, unless you prefer to arrange accommodation by your own. Bear in mind that, in case of no show, IL will debit the first night of stay to your Company. Acknowledgment of your booking will be sent to you in the shortest delay. As a general rule, we accept only one participant per Country and per training, to allow a maximum number of attendees.
Agenda Hereafter you will find the detailed agenda of each training, please check carefully the agenda to verify starting and ending time, so you can book your flights accordingly. Official language for trainings is English. Dress code is casual/business casual.
How to reach IL Check your itinerary on google maps. Should you use a car to reach Milano, we offer the option of using IL parking to leave your car and avoid paying expensive hotel parking. In Milano, you can benefit from an extensive network of public transportation; one trip ticket cost € 1.50; “carnet” (10 tickets) cost € 13.80. You can purchase tickets at subway stations, at newsstands and in some bars. More information on the public transportation is available at http://www.atm-mi.it/ATM/eng/For common spots, like airports, please find here below instructions to reach IL.

From Milan Malpensa International AirportBy bus every 20’ (40‘ to downtown - € 7.50). Buses leave from the platform located outside the arrival ground; final destination Stazione Centrale/Central Station (green line). http://www.malpensashuttle.it/e-default.htm
By train every 30’ (30‘ to destination - € 11.00). Train station is located in the underground inside the arrival ground; final destination Stazione Cadorna (red & green line). http://www.malpensaexpress.it/en/index.php
By taxi approx. € 85 to 100 (45’ to 60’ to destination). Taxi stop is located outside the arrival ground.
From Milan Linate International Airport: all buses leave from arrival Floor from 06:05 aM to 11:45 PM.
Starfly buses go directly to Stazione Centrale/Central Station (green line) and leave every 30’. Ticket cost € 5.00.
ATM bus # 73 go to Piazza San Babila (red line) and leave every 10’. Ticket cost € 1.50 and is also usable in the subway.
By taxi approx. € 30.00 (20’ to 30’ to il). Taxi stop is located outside the arrival Floor.

How to enroll in training:go to the inOVa diagnostics website: www.inovadx.com and log into the Partner’s Portal. On the first screen you will see a list of classes and when you click on the class you want, you will be directed to fill out the online registration form. registration forms must be sent at least 30 days before the beginning of the training.
do not forget to specify if you need a visa and please provide all relevant information about the invitation letter inOVa diagnostics must issue for you. if possible, scan and email a copy of your passport. also, be sure and provide a mailing address should an original copy be required. Please let us know as soon as your visa has been issued and confirm your participation in training. You can forward those requests to [email protected].
Upon receipt of your registration form, we will book a hotel room for you and send you a confirmation. it is your responsibility to pay for the hotel. This will hold the room in your name and the hotel will request your credit card upon arrival for payment of the room and any incidentals. Please get in touch with your local Spanish Embassy to know exactly the list of doc-uments required. it’s your responsability to pay for the hotel. as soon as your visa has been issued, please inform us and we will book a hotel for you. Bear in mind that, in case of no show, Biokit will debit the first night of stay to your Company. as a general rule, we accept only one participant per country and per training, to allow a maximum number of attendees.
