Rainbow Institute of Communication and English, (RICE) is affiliated to City and Guilds International, and a preparation center for Cambridge University English.

We also run an English education programme in seven districts in Sri Lanka (Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Jaffna, Vavuniya, Kurunegala, Trincomalee, and Kandy) for the Department of State for the Government of the United States of America.
