Course DescriptionThis course is conducted in accordance with SNT-TC-1A requirements leading to LT Level II certification aftersuccessfully passing the examination

Course ObjectiveThe course provides participants with the knowledgenecessary to: Succesfully get certified to LT Level II Course in accordance with the requirement of SNT-TC-1A Perform and interpret LT results

EXAMINATION (For certification courses)

After completion of training course an examination (theory& practical) will be Conducted as per recommendations &guidelines of ASNT document SNT-TC-1A 2006.

All successful candidates with requisite education,experience & vision acuity, will be issued a certificate ofproficiency duly signed by ASNT level-III.

1. Participants are requested to submit following documents so as to reach us 3 days before commencement of course. a. The enrollment form as per the format b. Photocopy of educational qualification certificate c. Experience certificate(s) d. Pass port size photographs (2 nos.)

2. Participation certificate will be issued to unsuccessful participants detailing training received by him.

3. A level-I & level-II certificate as applicable will be issued duly signed by ASNT level III.

4. All courses will be conducted as per recommendations & guidelines of ASNT document SNT-TC-1A 2006.

5. All participants should bring their scientific calculators.

Test equipment & accessories1. Pressure gauges, Gas cylinders, Mass spectrometer, Helium Leak detectors,2. Standard Calibrated leaks (Permeation & capillary type) Observation, Interpretation & evaluation of tests Applications Evacuated & pressurized piping & pressure vessels Procedure writing for Leak testing referring applicable codes & standards Safety

Practicals1. Familiarization with equipments, accessories & consumables like pressure gauges, vaccum boxes, leak detection solutions, Mass spectrometer, Helium Leak detectors,2. Gas cylinders, Calibrated leaks,3. Calibration of Helium leak detector for testing evacuated & pressurized systems4. Observation, interpretation & evaluation of test results5. Reporting & recording of test results.

Vision Acuity TestCandidates should pass vision tests conducted by us for near &/or far visionacuity & color blindness with or without corrective aids.
