Inductoheat is leading the world in induction heatingtechnologies by offering product lines ranging from

general purpose machines to custom engineered, fully automated induction heating systems.

With global technical support, our engineering excellence has no boundaries.

The Headquarters, located in Madison Heights Michigan offers full service capabilities similar to a

“one-stop”shop. Services include a comprehensiveProcess Development and Metallurgical Laboratory,

complete engineering design and equipment manufacturing, a large induction coil build and repairdepartment, customer training, and an Aftermarket support and service group. Customers get all the

advantages plus flexibility in one company.

A single point of contact gives customers global expertise on induction heat treating, heating for

forging and power supplies for hardening, tempering, shrink fitting, low-frequency heating,

strip heating, tube and pipe heating and much more.

Inductoheat has been engineering, designing andmanufacturing induction equipment for over 40 years.

Whether you’re performing heat treating, forging or another thermal process, Inductoheat can

put the heat where you need it for quality parts.

worldwide Manufacturing Locations

Advances in our technology include new standardized modular heat treatingequipment such as, the InductoScan®

system with PC HMI/PLC program storage and touch screen controls.

InductoScan® heat treating equipment gives you the most flexible heat treating solution for today's needs, and as tomorrow's businesschanges, our standardized modules can be reconfiguredto match your future production needs.

Modular machines meanthey can perform various heat treating applications, such as; scan, single-shot, lift/rotate,pick & place, rotary index and linear transfer.

Inductoheat induction heating equipmentis a sure formula for low cost andefficient production requirements.

• Hardening • Tempering • Annealing • Tube heating • Pipe Q & T

Many metals require heating and/or heat treating to achieve their optimum physical properties. Our focus is to lead the market in qualityheating and heat treating equipment by providing flexible and innovative systems for long-life performance.

• Gear hardening • Forging • Low-frequency heating • Shrink fitting • Strip heating • Dual frequency

Since 1972, Inductoheat has continuedto develop the design and manufacture of field proven power supplies. By providingefficient, controlled and accurately focusedideas, we make a valuablecontribution to a diverserange of industrial processes. Our power supplies have the latest electronics and inverter technology circuitry.

The ultimate power suppliestailored to your application;

• Hardening • Tempering • Annealing • Tube heating • Strip & Wire heating • Gear heating • Forge heating • Low-frequency • Shrink-fitting • Bonding & Curing

We offer an extensive collection of power supplies ranging from 5 kW - 3 MW. A wide variety of heating coils can be properly matched to these power supplies to meet your specific needs.

Simply connect three phase 480 V input power, coolingwater and heating coil and

you’re ready to begin heating.

Inductoheat’s uses (Heat Affected Zone technology)HAZ Control Technology™ to accurately control and automatically set-up a heating profile for theInductoForge™ billet heater to provide uniformly heated billets.

The InductoForge™ system uses 500kW power modules that are capable of running at a wide range of frequencies (500Hz to 6000Hz).

Each module is individually controlled resulting in a much finer and more accurate control of the billet temperature. In addition, this advanced technology allows for efficient heating over a wide range of billet diameters using a single size heavy-duty coil.

A significant advantage of this innovative technology is reduced energy, utilityand operating costs, ultimately increasing your productivity and profitability.

• Bar & Barend heating

Inductoheat manufactures heating equipment for an array of applications for the electric motor industry.

Our experienced engineers design customunits for varnish and epoxy curing, lamination preheat for die casting and bluing, wire stripping, bond breaking, shaft shrink fit, bearing hardener, motor frame disassembly and more.

Inductoheat, along with it’s sister company Thermatool, offer a variety of induction heating systems for the pipeand tube industry. While Thermatool focuses on the tube and pipe producers, Inductoheat offers inductionequipment for a variety of finishing applications.

When forming or swaging tube or pipe, the annealing and/or stress relieving processes enhance your product properties by removing the residual stresses associated with these processes.

Induction tube annealing equipment ranges fromstandalone units that anneal small tube sections, to system designed for integration into existing lines.

For copper producers a variety of feeder systems for the annealing process are available, includingbasket to basket, basket to layer-wound pack or cut length bundle, and capillary tube spool to spool.

Retrofit portions of high speed in-line annealing systems for copper tubing are energy efficient and are designed for operation in an inert gas.

For 8’ or shorter lengths of tube,Inductoheat offersquench and temper lines for automotive, oil andgas, and special applications.
