The term VUCA, initially coined by U.S. Army in the 1990s, has since been embraced by business leaders around the world to describe the nature of the environment in which they operate:

Business leaders nowadays are struggling how to best lead themselves and lead their organizations in the chaotic environment. Most of the old rules do not apply now when the world has become flat, people are interconnected, boundaries are disappearing, and information become publicly accessible to anyone with an internet computer.The world has become VUCA. ERIC KUNG | Hong KongEric Kung is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Human Dynamic. He has been in the field of

Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Change Management Consulting for over 25 years.

He founded Human Dynamic in 1993 and had since led the company grow to become a leading Leadership & Change consulting firm with 20 direct offices across Asia Pacific. Eric has tremendous

hands-on experiences in consulting corporations in leading organizational change, handling staff communication in change and crisis management, and conducting leadership trainings to senior and

middle executives. Clients he had worked with include: P&G, Nike, Google, HSBC, IBM, Credit Suisse, UBS, Standard Chartered Bank, Intel, Dow Chemical, HP, government departments and many other global

companies. He travels widely in Greater China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, India and Europe as consultant and speaker in conferences and seminars.

Prior to founding Human Dynamic, he worked for Price Waterhouse Associates (HK). He graduated from McMaster University, Canada, in 1982 with an honor Bachelor degree in Commerce. In 1985, he entered the

University of Hong Kong to obtain his Master degree in Social Work. He is currently pursueing his Ph.D. in Leadership & Change from Antioch University (Ohio, USA).

BENJAMIN PAUL | IndiaBenjamin Paul is a Senior Wellness Consultant of Human Dynamic, based in

India. Through coaching and training programmes, he helps individuals and groups to enhance personal wellbeing, resilience, and leadership skills, etc.

Benjamin has a rich blend of experiences that colour his approach to individual coaching and training sessions. Inspired by the belief ‘everyone can have a better

life’, Benjamin motivates and supports coachees and trainees to not only take the proactive steps, but to also identify the strategies to overcome the obstacles that

enable them to maximize their personal and professional wellbeing.

Over the past 14 years, he has worked across various industries to support his clients achieve their personal, professional and organizational goals. He has served major

BRIAN (BJ) RADOMSKI | ThailandBJ Radomski is a bottom line driven leadership coach and trainer who has been helping businesses

and individuals around the world create massive change. He is a pioneer in the coaching industry. In 1998, BJ completed the first Coach certification training with Thomas Leonard and the premiere

Coach Training school in North America. Since then, he has added certifications in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Emotional Intelligence Assessments (Bar-on EQ-i). BJ is also

certified in Neuro-Semantics and is one of only 2,100 certified Meta-Coaches globally and one of only 80 Group & Team Coaches certified by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics.

BJ has been serving local and global clients from his base in Thailand for 14 years. Currently he is working with the Executive teams of Betterwork, USAID, Bain Consulting, Boonrawd Brewery – Singha

Beer Company, Philip Morris, TH TrueMilk, and others.

YAU SHING-MU | Hong KongYau Shing-mu was appointed as Under Secretary for Transport and Housing

between August 2008 and June 2017. The Bureau of Transport and Housing is one of the largest bureaux in the HKSAR Government.

Before joining the HKSAR (Hong Kong Chinese Special Administrative Region) Government, Yau had been a journalist for 25 years. After having served Radio

Television Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Standard, he joined the Hong Kong Economic Times in 1992 and held the post of Executive Chief Editor between 2000

and 2008.

He also served on the Executive Committee of both the Hong Kong Journalists Association and the Hong Kong Press Council. Yau has received a number of

journalist prizes, among them Best Hong Kong Newspaper Reporter (General News) awarded by the Hong Kong Newspapers Society in 1986.

Yau has profound knowledge and experiences in both communication and government. He has edited and published books on various social issues such as youth problems and

Hong Kong's economic prospects. Yau holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the London School

of Economics and Political Sciences.

TRINH THU HOAI | VietnamHoai has over 14 years of Managerial and Business development experiences in various

international organizations. Starting her career as a salesperson in a media agency, she has worked all the way up to the top management where she now oversees the business operations of 5

countries in the North ASEAN regions including Vietnam.

Hoai believes that everyone is capable for more and with the right leverages, anyone can motivate and develop to the fullest. She has delivered training workshops and coached executives and directors

from top companies in Vietnam, helped them gain deeper insights about the “self” and transform people around them. Her clients say her training and coaching style is transformative with challenging

and motivating questions. Some clients she has served include Amway, Manulife, FSOFT, Allergan, Acecook, Johnson & Johnson, P&G, GE, MGF Sourcing, Intel, Nam Con Son Pipeline, SV Tech, Lazada, Phu
