• Standard Five: Manage data and knowledge to inform decisions and measure progress of student, adult and school performance.
Issue: My fourth grade team of 3 teachers have not reached levels of competency for their students for 2 years with the state tests. They have data on standardized tests but do not seem to be able to put it into actionable steps to make improvement. I need help from my mentor on what to do with next.
Triad: Each triad has a mentor, protégé, and observer. Use the techniques of pause, paraphrase, and probe to help you understand the situation and help your protégé begin to problem-solve.
