70% thought the most favorite handmade is jewelry and accessorize, 30% left would be souvenirs.

80% buys handmades for gifts, 20% buys handmade for themselves and decoration.

60% thought that the factor “Fit personal situations” is the most important one, 20% is “Reasonable price”, 20% left is “Color and Shape”.

Challenges facing through the project

Lack of Trust , Lack of Respect, Pressure -> Good performance from last course

leaves high expectations on each leader and also member who work really hard but doesn’t

get much appreciations -> Together held a meeting and work things out.

Unifying ideas Be calm, sit around and list advantages and disadvantages of each idea.

Examine each idea through a short time and choose the best one.

Time arranging (between personal problems, studying and working) Be active

and prioritizing which one comes first. Be flexible -> switch shifts to each other.

Assigning whose shift to work Be clear, be honest and be responsible. Have suitable

punishments for those who don’t work on their shift.

Lack of raw material and new model Send member to pick up new materials. Ask

every member of the class to create as many models as possible. Work with Manufacturing

Team to make products faster.

Lack of technical skill: Creating models, Computer skills, etc. Learn new skills

from teachers, friends, acquaintances or others. Imitate teaching clips from the Internet.

Lack of social skill: Communication, Presentation, Combination, Sympathy,

Understanding Ask teacher for helps, also learn new skills and practice as much as

possible. Go selling with Sales team as much as possible to practice.
