Keep a Positive Feedback File
File positive email messages in a designated mailbox in your Inbox. Do the same with handwritten notes of appreciation or support.
When you need a stress break or “pick-me up,” take 5 minutes to revisit those notes!

Plan a Work-at-Home DayOnce or twice a year (or as it meets your needs), consider relaxing in the comfort of your own home as you complete reports and other projects like the following without interruption:
