• Identification and development of the next generation of faculty leaders

• Establish an experience-based curriculum for leadership development

• Develop a mentorship program facilitating the application of curricular knowledge

Participants

• 10 junior faculty members per year– Less than 10 years of experience– Associate Professor or below

• Nominated by their peers
