OUR MISSION: The mission of the Arizona Community Leadership Academy is to provide training designed to build awareness of disability and Independent Living history, systems advocacy, capacity, and leadership skills among people who have disabilities in the state of Arizona. OUR VISION: People who have disabilities have the skills needed to assume leadership roles on local, county and state boards, commissions, and councils. Academy graduates learn about disability and Independent Living history, systems advocacy, and the skills they need to serve as community leaders on boards, councils and commissions.
