1 Language Clubs Membership Regulations Language Clubs Membership Regulations 1. General Points Any person aged 14 years or above is eligible for language club membership. Individuals between the ages of 14 and 18 may apply for language club membership if his/her application is supported by his/her legal guardian. Armenian and non-Armenian citizens are eligible to become members of the organization’s language clubs. A member of the language clubs may also become a member of the organization, which is regulated by the Membership Regulations of the organization. 2. Membership Regulations of Language Clubs Language club membership is based on the applicant’s submission of the Language Club membership form, with a separate membership form required for each language club. The organization maintains a database of language club membership for internal use only, and for which the Human Resources Manager may request additional information from members. 3. The Rights and Responsibilities of Language Club Members of the Organization 3.1. Each member of the organization’s language clubs retains the right to: make use of the services of the specific language club(s) of which he/she is a member; make use of the public services and resources of the organization, with the exception of other language clubs of which he/she is not a member; participate in the activities carried out by the organization; participate inpublic events carried out by the organization; receive information about the work of the organization; present applications, proposals, and complaints to the management of the organization, with the aim of improving the organization’s activities; cancel membership to the language club(s) at-will.

Membership Regulations

1. General Points

Any person aged 14 years or above is eligible for language club membership. Individuals between

the ages of 14 and 18 may apply for language club membership if his/her application is supported

by his/her legal guardian.

Armenian and non-Armenian citizens are eligible to become members of the organization’s

language clubs.

A member of the language clubs may also become a member of the organization, which is

regulated by the Membership Regulations of the organization.

2. Membership Regulations of Language Clubs

Language club membership is based on the applicant’s submission of the Language Club

membership form, with a separate membership form required for each language club.

The organization maintains a database of language club membership for internal use only, and for

3.2. Each language club member must:

pay the monthly membership fee of 1000 AMD per language club, which must be paid within the

initial 5 days of joining the language club.

4. Regulations on Cancellation of Language Club Membership

Language club membership is automatically cancelled in the event of the dissolution of the

language club(s).

A member of the language club(s) may terminate his/her membership at any time by presenting a

letter of cancellation. The cancellation letter should be addressed to the President of the

organization and should be processed by the organization within 10 working days.

Language club membership may be revoked in cases of a member receiving two written warnings

from the President for breaking regulations of the organization.

In case of failure to pay the language club membership fee for one month, the member will receive

one written warning, after which he/she will have 10 working days to submit payment before his/her

language club membership may be revoked.
