LBC: Kudavi A Satellite City

1/22/2016

We think about cities as products.

We believe it is possible to build new

satellite cities (50-100k people).

Why Co-working is huge for a reason > cities can be lonely People want to live next to their friends Urban walkable cities are becoming too expensive for people that work in creative industries Millienials and retired baby boomers don’t want to live in the suburbs = People are open to new options

Our Response = Suburbs 3.0 No ownership No cars Co-living Co-working Close enough to major metros, but not a daily commutable distance

Appendix: Alice laughed. “There's no use trying,” she said. “One can't believe impossible things.” “I daresay you haven't had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was your age, I always did it for half-an-hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast!"
