as possible to manage the SharePoint Term Store. You can assign applicable
managed metadata to items and documents automatically via bulk-tagging
or in real-time to improve SharePoint content discovery and search.
Better manage the Term Store: export, import, and update SharePoint Term
Sets to / from external systems via SKOS/XML without losing existing meta-
data assignments. This can be used for Term Store backup, deployment, or
integration.
Add content classifi cation rules to terms: enrich your SharePoint terms
by fl exible classifi cation rules based on synonyms, regular expressions
(REGEX), and custom logic to better classify your content.
Assign managed metadata automatically: classify SharePoint list items
and documents by assigning managed metadata via bulk-tagging (after
migration) or in real-time (after user interactions) automatically.
Add additional web parts: benefi t from managed metadata assignment
by adding additional, search-driven navigations, such as a term glossary
or A-Z subject index, as known from technical books, to improve cont-
ent fi ndability and foster a common corporate language.
Display related content as known from amazon.com: render context-
specifi c „related content“ in SharePoint, such as related documents, news
with similar topic, responsible contacts and further links automatically.
Use search-driven, security trimmed web parts with fl exible template-
based design.
Additionally available: classify data from 100+ external data sources via
Layer2 Tools to make it fully available for search.

Tagger, Related Content Web Part, Tag Cloud Web Part, Tag Directory Web
Part, Tag Navigation Web Part, Tag Suggester, and Taxonomy Manager.
